The only fukked up thing happened in the course of our fun experimntal time when my mate’s girlfriend’s mate came and joined us. Is using this the same deal as ecstasy/mdma. Don’t drink too much but don’t drink too little. Pint of water an hour etc.

I personally think the stuff is far less contaminated than any form of MDMA currently available in the UK as of mid 2009, but it still has a toxicity level similar to that of straight dexamfetamine.

Polygon-window is perfectly right about only drinking when you are thirsty – it is possible to get more ill by drinking too much water out of panic/paranoia, which is what killed Leah Betts in Essex in 1995 and led to the first major clampdown on MDMA!

Also doing more than 0.5g of any amfetamine type stimulant in one hit is risky.

Most of the people who have suffered adverse reactions from 4-MMC have done large amounts (>1g) and the reactions have been cited both by the patients and NHS healthcare professionals as identical to amfetamine in overdose.

yep, although some more cautious people start with 200mg. then again how accurate this is depends on what measuring equipment people have access too, and I have often wondered how well calibrated those cheap Chinese electronic scales actually are…
