The K32 Lock Up has been robbed of pretty much everything.
We have lost mixers, decks (multiple pairs), mixing desks, mics, amps, instruments, loads and loads of studio equipment, some speakers and anything else shiny and expensive.
A full list of items stolen will be posted once we’ve sorted through the mess they have left while turning the place over.
In the meantime, please keep your eyes and ears open and let one of us know should you hear of anything that might fit.
Thank you.
July 6, 2011 at 10:43 am #1241901Fucking dickheads, i hate people who steal from rigs its such a low thing to do. You stuck this message on speakerplans aswell?
Goodluck finding the people who did this.
July 6, 2011 at 11:20 am #1241891fuck. these folk are good friends of mine from back in the day (I was part of this crew and their predecessors for many years when I lived in the same area as Maria and friends) and its not just sound equipment here but my memories of more carefree times which have been stolen..
I will keep an eye out in the East as well and also have told my sister as she is still involved in the Reading music scene (albeit guitar based) and they might be offered some of the stolen equipment…

July 6, 2011 at 7:02 pm #1241892what really pisses me off is that if circumstances hadn’t sent me 150 miles away, I’d have been round there long before and rounded up Random Tom and his friends as well and between us we’d have wired that place up with x amount of security equipment so no fucker would have been able to get in easy and even if they did they’d be on camera..
that said my mates here had their system robbed as well. It makes you increasingly suspicious of many folk involved in the “scene” as there has always been a culture of folk from rigs being friendly and inviting each other to their lockups so of course people wonder if its someone they know, as to be fair its not likely that random criminals search around areas looking for lockups of pro audio equipment..
