August 19, 2008 at 9:54 pm #1178002How did you manage that? Kills like a bitch i hurt mine at kickboxing couple of weeks ago. Oh and i wouldn’t bother with the deep heat its only really works well for muscle pain hun you need some stong pain killers.
August 20, 2008 at 12:13 am #1177994Ouch! been there, feel for u, also has a friend that done the same, thing is its was abou 4 years ago n she still has problems,my mate was given a round pillow with a hole in it to sit on so she could still sit down at work so if its really bad would try the doc’s though probably cant help much but might sort u out with good pain killers especially if its affecting your sleep?

August 21, 2008 at 1:19 pm #1177996Get [or get someone else to get for you] a tube of arnica ointment and rub it in every few hours – it should speed up the breakdown of the bruising and help with the pain.
Also try taking anti-inflamatories [aspirin, ibruprofen, etc] for the pain.If you can go for a nice long gentle walk that will also help the bruising resolve and help with the pain a bit
