My flatmate almost had a heart attack earlier when he went into the kitchen, he bent down to put something in a bin bag and a mouse scurried away under the washing machine.
How does a mouse get into a top floor flat tho?
We’re surrounded by busy roads n stuff, not a feild in sight so I don’t know where the thing has come from. I think it’ll teach us a lesson to leave so much food waist lying around and open bin bags. Kitchen has been scrubbed.
mice live in towns as well as the country . they climb up and live in the wall cavity of the building and can squeeze through the tiniest gaps usually where pipes enter your property . i recently gotcalled to a hostel in Luton town center to seal around all the pipes leading to the sinks in peoples rooms because of mice!
