A couple of house parties, a lot of wrongbow and one demo :bounce_fl
and then feeling terriably sorry for myself the last 2 days as my sholder has gone into spasm and I cant really move much 😥

oh i’m sorry to hear that :hopeless: what happened to it?

errm… not much really.. went down to London for 5/6 days last week… been getting very drunk and suffering the consequenses with my liver.

and given up drugs until new year 🙂

It’s just my backs getting old I think 😉 and woke up like it, side effect of the job I’m told

hope your liver dont hurt too bad, and good luck with calming down of the rugs, we all need to do it once in a while

ah, ibuprofen! i swear by that stuff.. it’s great haha.
thanks.. it hurts a bit but i should be alright after january, hopefully 😛
and yeah, it’s mainly for the above reason, but i mean, it’s also just.. going drug free… sorting shit out, y’know?
