I called the police today for the first time in my life to complain about being assaulted by a shop owner! I’d understand if I was being a dick about something … but literally I’ll describe EXACTLY what happened in a second by second account as best I can …
I walked into the shop, put a beer on the counter and said “I’ll pay for that in a second I’m just gonna get some food” … spent a fucking eternity deciding what food I wanted as it was a mission disifering all the Turkish nutritional information on the backs of the packs of cooked sausage in the fridge (something I was interested in buying) when eventualy the shop owner came upto me and was like wtf you doing … fair enough .. i was taking ages ..
he proceaded to push me out the shop .. what was a bit harsh but all i did was say hold on man why you getting so angry i just was looking at stuff … and he physicaly chucked me out the shop with a punch to the face and a push!
what a fucking cunt.
i was bein so fucking nice to him as well considering he was pushing me …
trust me I felt like hitting him b4 he even hit me … but I held back cos It’s not right to do that regardless of how much of a dick the person’s being … then he fucking hit me …
!
I’m so glad I didn’t hit him .. as I’ve got the cunt arrested now (I’ve got a fuck off black eye!)
cunt cunt cunt cunt!
February 18, 2012 at 8:04 am #1249380what a nobber
February 18, 2012 at 8:07 am #1249386yeah my thoughts exactly …
I’m not the kinda person to phone the police about stuff, but I really felt like I was done wrong and I didn’t wanna take the matter into my own hands as I’d get labeled as being in the wrong then.
February 18, 2012 at 8:10 am #1249387Some one mentioned to me about suing him, but I don’t want to as there are other people working in the shop and one young chap came outside after and apologized profusely to me on the other guys behalf, and I don’t wanna put his his lively hood in jeopardy by fucking up the “man’s” business.
February 18, 2012 at 8:13 am #1249381Sounds ok…luckily for the nobber, there were someone there with their head on the right place
February 18, 2012 at 8:14 am #1249388yeah if it wasn’t for that young chap there’d be hell to pay!
February 18, 2012 at 8:24 am #1249410A crowbar to the head seems to work for me….really.
Crowbars arent that cumbersome to carry on a regular basis if u live in a seedy area…ive clocked at least 4 or 5 naysayers so far this year… (i’m looking to break a personal record!)February 18, 2012 at 8:29 am #1249382@lumpyspaceprincess 468553 wrote:

February 18, 2012 at 8:35 am #1249403hope the fucker makes it up to you PERSONALLY or maybe you should sue the bastard. maybe he’d had a bad day or was paranoid but pushing and punching a customer is just fucking IDIOTIC. comedown perhaps.

February 18, 2012 at 3:07 pm #1249405i would have smashed his face in. then his windows. the cunt hit YOU. he deserves it back with more on top. the polis will probably do nowt about it or he will get a small fine.
different strokes for different folks though…
February 18, 2012 at 5:28 pm #1249406I wish I had as much self control as you, I would’ve caved his head in for sure man, well done for doing the right thing
February 18, 2012 at 7:44 pm #1249372his behaviour makes absolutely no sense unless he is importing stuff what UKBA don’t like and I don’t mean drugs, often these chaps bring in things what contain more contaminants than are allowed for food legally sold in the EU or hasn’t been approved for sale here when they are supposed to check first before importing.
to attack a guy from another ethnic group for reading the small print on his products looks immediately like he has something to hide. UKBA look out for cases like this and/or get told about them by metpol (if not immediately when they have liaison meetings every few months) and now almost certainly his shop will be watched. he’s lucky not to be hauled up for a racially aggravated crime TBH..

none of the indipendant witnesses said anything against there boss and the CCTV was “inconclusive” ffs.
police wont take it further.
I almost got anoyed with the polis man who phoned me … he tried to tell me “there was pushing and shoving on both parts” … what is total bullshit ; I grabbed they guys arm when he pushed me once out the the three odd times he pushed me. The police man then retracted what he said and rephrased it when i asked “was there?” in a quite shocked manor, and proceeded to tell me “well the cctv was inconclusive”.
I don’t know how the fuck they can not prosecute this man for assaulting me on shitty cctv, but at the same time even try and insinuate that i might of had any part in the blame! If the cctv’s that shit you can’t clearly see the guy punching me in the face … then how the fuck can they even pretend they could see me push him back when it never happened!? I’m fuming atm.
They probably have shit like this where the shopper was being a dick alot (probably why the shop keeper was on such a short fuse) and have just labled this situation as the same.
gah what a waste of time … I bet you a million quid if I had hit the cunt back like I wanted to do shit would be diferant and I’d be locked up in the station atm.

Still won’t stop UKBA watching every shipment into every Turkish shop in the area about 6 months later – which will probably only make things worse (another reason them lads won’t want to grass on their boss is not all of them have 100% correct paperwork to be in Blighty)…
Thought this kind of shit (racism works both ways) had disappeared from our country in the 1990s but looks like that was only temporary due to the economic good times and now the bad times are back permanently. Luckily as I grew up in the 70s I don’t take “multiculturalism” for granted.
This is why I don’t use small shops and there aren’t any very many left on my estate anyway, just Asdas as this sort of shit was rife and because feds couldn’t do much each side took “direct action” until it led to people being forced out of business and others being hurt and killed (shopkeepers what stood up to robbers just get knifed here!) and only big companies like Asda can deal with the security issues.
Even the former corner shops are all backed up by big companies (for instance one stop is backed by Tescos or some similar big supermarket) and they supply the stuff liek CCTV, barricades on the alcohol etc.
February 18, 2012 at 8:26 pm #1249392I hate asda (walmart). TBH I hate most big supermarkets, but them the most. Having worked in the fruit and veg business I’ve see first hand there effects on stuuf like the general quality of food in the world.
They litteraly buy ouyt farmers so it’s really hard for smaller businesses to buy stock, alot of the stuff coming through the markets isn’t first quality as the supermarkets have a monopoly on the produce and buy “the best” stuff in massive bulk and the scraps are left for every one else. Besides the other atrocities Walmart are implicated in this anoyed me quite a bit for a few years as it effected my life quite a bit as i had to spend all day explaining this shit like some kinda cheep get out clause to customers that were constantly reporting bad fruit being delivered …. the fact was that anything we had acsess to on the market wasn’t very good … and the limited “good” stuff got snapped up really fast. (we had exactly the same problems next door when i was working in a diferant comapny as well)
Oh they also “price bleed” the farmers as they are the major % of the fruit and veg trade in the world .. supermarkets can demand really cheep prices. or the farmer just wont have anyone to sell his/her produce to. Bullying imo.
February 18, 2012 at 8:40 pm #1249374I don’t like them either but where I live just 70 or so miles away from London the people themselves, in a multicultural area surrounded by farms, created a situation where they became the only business what could operate securely in this estate. I was explainign this to my friends what wanted to set up a “community shop” because they didn’t want CCTV but if they don’t have it they are gonna get robbed badly as the local scum will see them as “soft touch hippies”.
The only folk here what can afford to spend time and money getting better stuff are my middle class hippy friends what all have about 3 uni degrees each and worked for British Telecom in the top boffin’s research centre (you’ve probably seen some of them on that video of the pig club I put up).
At least in Asda or other big stores if a member of staff beats up on a customer or vice versa about 5 independent CCTV cameras with MSF/GPS timecode are recording and even the store manager can’t get at the disks to make them “inconclusive” so both staff and customers are kept in good behaviour. Even the right on east of england co-op is full of cameras…
Also even where I used to live in Reading a lot of ethnic minority folk themselves boycotted their own communities shops because they were doing the same rum shit as the big supermarkets as well as trying to be plastic gangsters etc. Sometimes people get the shit they deserve.
February 18, 2012 at 8:55 pm #1249393Yeah I ironically used to shop in asda on my way back from working at the market … even in that area there’s no real alternative, unless i wanted to walk 5 minits in the opposite direction to the train station to a off-licence what only had a limited selection of stock, and only unhealthy fast food rather then pasta salad’s and such what i could get in asda.

At Christmas they used to do roast dinner baguettes … turkey and all the trimmings in a baguette (even cranberry sauce!)
February 18, 2012 at 9:45 pm #1249376also in the crappy off license their security / CCTV will often have come from a subsidiary of Tescos. They have this franchise agreement whereby they let the original manager / staff run the place but provide the low cost stock as well as security in return for displaying their branding. Unfortunately because the big supermarkets are far better equipped to deal with folk what hate them (doing anything from political activism against them to violent robberies) they tend to be better at the security thing, also without encouraging the staff to play the hard man like what happened at the turkish shop.
incidentally although I install CCTV systems as part of my job, I wouldn’t have made any money off my mates and would have willingly done that one for free, just to ensure everyone involved was protected. mind you the couple running the community farm had their honesty box robbed and had to put in CCTV (the chap who is half of that couple is electronics genuis). The thieves are lucky the box didn’t also get wired to the electric fence inverter :laugh_at: )
