What I do find hard to fathom out is why so many folk in Islamabad would want to give generic healthcare advice to Westerners over the Internet whilst not even trying to sell any one particular product (like other spammers usually do).
its almost that there is some coordinated plan here – but even if it was national pride (which isn’t as bad as its made out to be if you accept other cultures) then they wouldn’t pretend to be Americans. Maybe its some misinterpretation of Islam – I know that folk are supposed to encourage others to lead better lives same as preaching in other religions, but it is more haraam to lie and cheat and say you are from a different country.
Similarly why do the Indians seem to think that spamming here will get folk to visit Kerala? I know bloody well where it is anyway, my Nans side of the family are from there, as are many people at my work.
There are folk from PK and BD who listen to the radio and enjoy our music and they are perfectly welcome to do so, as is anyone who is genuine about their motives (a few years back we had a dude from Nepal asking about psy trance parties and even managed to find one for him)
