      Hi im new on here just wanted to say hello. Bit depressed coz of the winter and all that at the moment, and the fact none of my friends will drive to freeparties n e more until nxt summer think we wore ourselves out travelling round the country every weekend although it was absolutely amazing. Heard about the last strom party in west london looked exellent if only I cud have gone looks like im gonna have to stick to my commertial raves fo the minute!!:(

          there should still be a lot of indoor winter parties. IMO at least way better than commercial raves – the amount of freedom and atmosphere just does not compare with the licensed events (which, despite high ticket prices and bouncers appear to be worse for safety issues, i was shocked 2 read on ush.net and elsewhere that muggings and trouble still occured at slammin vinyl etc)

          are your friends not wanting 2 drive becoz they are getting lost and arriving really late or given up trying to find the venues? don’t forget there are loads of excellent free on-line map and routefinder sites; there is also a guide to finding party venues on here.

          most urban party venues are fairly easily accessible; industrial estates have to be otherwise there could not be any industry in them!

            Yeah I actually went to the last slammin vinyle it was my first commertial rave and I did not think much to it wot so ever, it was full of rudeboys and there wasen’t n e atmosphere wot so ever it seems that commertial raves have just become all about how well known the dj is and how much money the companies can make out of us!! it is a shame because the music was exellent but I could not feel relaxedat n e moment I new that if I put my bag down n e where it wud definately be stolen where as at a free party 9 times out of 10 if I left my bag n e where it wud probably still be there!! yeah I no of imo but the thing is my friends have had to fork out alot of money to fix there cars due to the fact that u wud noramally need a landrover to drive up steep muddy hills etc we went to a tunnel crew party and it had been raining and we got totally stuck in the mud on several occasions!!! although I will say the commuity spirit was there no 1 ever drove passed sum 1 always stopped to help us!!
