February 9, 2005 at 5:06 pm #1063995Anonymousbig bird was always well annoying, but i think i’d be him coz he looked cool and was huge!
i recon i’d make a better big bird than who ever ‘played’ him….
failing that, animal was the dude! he just didn’t give a shit, coz he was too fucked to know what was going on! but if you want a muppet to rock the party, animal is your man.
ooh, i just cant decide! can i be both?

February 10, 2005 at 9:10 am #1064005Hey guys, do you remember those really cool muppets on sesame street that used to go, ‘telephoooooooonne’, riiiiiiiing riiiiiing’. They used to crack me up!
:pFebruary 10, 2005 at 11:15 am #1063993Animal is without question the badest muppet!
I’d probably choose him or Grover. But if i’m being true to myself then my personality doesn’t really fit. I’m more of a Kermit I think.

February 10, 2005 at 1:58 pm #1063991probably one of the rats in the newer shows (they turn up in Sesame street as well)
all of them are known as muppets even the ones on fraggle rock, sesame street (which predates the 70s muppet shows by a couple years anyway!) and when you get crowd scenes in the movies its fairly common for all the other sesame street extras (aliens, rodents etc) to turn up anyway.
and it was the British TV industry which made them popular, the Americans thought the show would be too risky and expensive ๐ they started their TV careers at a studio just down the road from Luton ๐
February 11, 2005 at 3:08 pm #1063990Anonymousi would be Elmo cause he is a cutie that or snuffeluffaguas that big ass elephant that is Big Birds imaginary friend, cause them two always seem that there on somthin which is tight.

February 12, 2005 at 10:49 am #1063999I think I’m miss Piggy. Completely out of control. And she looks kinda like me.

Those newspapers think they have all the power, but dont under-estimate the power of the childrens’ muppets!

I had loads of them stuck to my door and quite a few of the cards too.
A mate has just started collecting them again, getting sets off ebay. They are wicked to look at and relive your youth.
July 8, 2005 at 11:36 pm #1063998Hmmm, that’s a good question. I loved Miss Piggy, she kicked ASS, plus she & Kermie had a fantastic relationship. (ie she kicked ass & he loved it)
But, for me Grover was IT. He was loving, sensitive and soooo into sharing and singing. And he has cute skinny arms. I dont’ know if I want to be Grover or just take him home?!!???
