I’m gona wait until the back window downstairs in the shop is turned into a door into the garden out back so he can come to work with me.
That way he can get outside most of the day but I can still look after him properly.

May 25, 2008 at 7:39 pm #1162095Do you know about the drawbacks of having almost wolves? You will need to maintain your pack leadership incessantly to get them to behave well.
Personally I like them but they require you to be strong minded to keep them under proper control – you can allow them to perceive themselves to be superior to you or you will have endless problems. Very rewarding canines though 🙂
If you get one I would love to meet it. A bitch may be easier to train than a dog btw as you wont be in a power struggle to be the alpha male [of course your gf will have to stand up for herself if you have a bitch or the bitch will constantly be asserting her ranking over the gf]
Get in touch if you run into problems training them if you get them 😉 I have a lot of practise of working with dogs these days – have retrained several problem dogs as well as training puppies in the last 5 years.
