70,000 iu vitamin e oil (any holland and barrett) … comes in liquid form … at night let it ‘breathe’ but as TG mentioned try and keep it covered …

ragged it open on a tent peg then the skin hanging off died so i pulled it off. its really not that painful at all, had a limp for a few days but its fine now! hopefully ill get a nice scar:bounce_fl:bounce_fl
