Final Order (the previous link was to a draft version though they seem pretty much the same): The Misuse of Drugs Act 1971 (Amendment) Order 2009 No. 3209

Quote:

This Order adds synthetic cannabinoid receptor agonists to Part 2 of Schedule 2 to the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971 (“the Act”) which specifies drugs which are subject to control as Class B drugs under the Act.

In addition, the Order adds Gamma-butyrolactone (GBL), 1,4–butanediol (1,4–BD), 15 anabolic steroids, two non-steroidal agents, Oripavine, 1–benzylpiperazine (BZP) and a group of substituted piperazines to Part 3 of Schedule 2 to the Act which specifies drugs which are subject to control as Class C drugs under the Act.

Since the Order names specific chemical substitutions, no doubt someone somewhere will come up with an even crapper, even more dangerous analogue which sneaks round the restriction in order to satisfy people’s perfectly natural desire to enjoy altered mind states …

I’m gonna ban taking any notice to any law or any derivative of that law that “I” as a resposnsible adult and humanbeing with the judgement of a person that can trust them selves to make the right desition in most situations. This encludes a total ban on any law from the bullshit ring or any subsiquent rings of missguided legislation and any law from then on, that slightly resembles any previous laws, that have had a slightly new spin molecule put on them but are essentualy the same thing! :laugh_at:

Was this Biker boy 666? He asked me on my wall where he could find any decent alloy wheel cleaner, I sent him in the direction of Halfords.
