in England you can start a credit union or an alternative currency without too much hassle… lots of folk do it and most are hippy types so it can’t be that hard..

Yeah you can allso start your own country if you get granted independance from the govenment … there’s info on this I’ve seen … but my mate was looking for info on starting a bank and couldn’t find any anywhere (he can normaly find anything on the internet if if needs to)

What is a credit union exactly? A small local type bank but called something else?

yes, its basically a savings bank which gives loans to people what couldn’t otherwise get them..
