I think there are a lot more international people who use partyvibe as an information source, even if they don’t or can’t post.
Some people may be worried their English is not very good; others more worried (and understandably so) about getting into trouble. This forum does discuss a lot of controversial subjects such as politics and often supports the use of recreational drugs and not everyone in the world has the freedom to discuss these subjects on the Internet.
It is very easy to trace an internet connection these days as a broadband link usually ends up going in someones house, and most ISPs will co-operate with their nations governments in order to stay in business (as they need licenses to operate)
Just because people can read us doesn’t mean they are free to post. Most nations are switching from overt censorship to targeted monitoring and enforcement – using the same software used in the West to monitor workplace net usage.
But at least if people can access this site they can learn something from it or get some music for their MP3 player…
