How you all doing!? Been lurking here for a little while, figured I should make an introduction before jumping on any conversations.
I’ve moved to Birmingham recently, hoping to stay active and meet like mindeds for chills, raves and trips. Before that I was in Wales, and also have links to Manchester. Don’t know any one in this city yet though!
Beyond the UK I love eastern europe and back a romanian dnb crew in return for sofa space and cheap giggles whenever I can get out there. If you ever get a chance to go partying there take it!!
Loves my trip-hop, dubs and funk, but can’t say no to bit of jungle when the mood takes me. Also been known to dabble on the turn-tables, but that’s not really my forte.
Anyway, that’s enough,
peace to all x

welcome – stick abouts – its nice here :group_hug
This is where I always end up when I go to manchester to visit friends – been to some good partys in Salford too,
The Northern Quarter, or NQ, as the cool kids call it, is Manchester’s alternative culture capital. Famously populated by independent cafes, bars and shops, the Northern Quarter is a splash of real colour on the Mancunian landscape. Lovers of vintage clothing will be kept happy by Affleck’s Palace and a string of thrift-stores on Oldham Street. Music lovers and DJ’s alike are fully catered for with a spread of records stores including Eastern Bloc, Piccadilly Records, Fat City and Vinyl Exchange. And if you fancy hanging out in a bar, there’s more than a few to take your pick from, including Common, Trof, Bluu Bar and Socia Rehab. With stats like these it’s easy to see why the Northern Quarter is steadily becoming one of the most desirable places to reside in Manchester.

Manchester is a great city, hoping I’ll get to go live there for a couple of months at some point. Not really done the city centre, or any club nights there. Just lots of house parties around the Diddsbury/Withington areas, but that’s because most my friends there started as students.
