Just wanted to say hello.

I haven’t really taken part in much of the partyvibe collective, sorry ’bout that. I got an invitation to check this place out the other day so I thought I’d pop in.

Anyway, I am fingertwister, I make music.

Any other artists around? Feel free to post links, it would be cool to check out your stuff. I may even have time to write a couple of lines about what I hear.

I make various kinds of music, ranging from downtempo/dub/reggae to drum and bass. I don’t do a lot of four-on-the-floor stuff, but recently I have given it a few tries.

Hope I am not boring you, just trying to make a conversation.

Hi mate! Well, a lot of things actually. I lost my job due to the miserable financial situation of the company where I used to work, so I wen back to university in order to finish my master’s thesis.

Music-wise it has been going pretty well. I have been on a couple of compilation CDs as well as on a “making the matrix DVD” (not “the matrix”, a documentary about making the matrix) and I may be on a similar DVD about making spiderman.

I have finally moved all my gear from my bedroom to a studio, which feels great! Unfortunately I don’t have that much time to do music nowdays. I am hoping for that to change in a couple of months though.

And you? What have you been up to?

i make some stuff and the address up there is where it is. sectionz is a good site. not anything AT ALL like mp3.cunt in any way at all. exept that you can upload and download original mp3’s but thats it. and its free. and only 92 people use it, so its very underground… come… JOIN US…

Haze And Jurasik run a nu skool night in the south of England called Cryonix. Drop them a line they might be interested to hear from you although neither of them is into 2 Step or Garage.

Anyways, I was born in London but I’ve lived all over. I’m in southern Australia at the moment.

What’s the breaks scene like in California?

Klark- I dont live in California… Myrtle Beach is on the east coast… South Carolina… Breaks scene is crap- majority of people here listen/spin ‘Funky florida breaks’…. frankly it makes me nauseous…. same tired samples & loops…

I have a lot of family in Liverpool, though I’ve never been 2 England…
I havent spoken w/ my cousin in a long while but we’re close in age- maybe someone knows her- she’s quite the party girl!! Rachel Surplice.. last I heard she lived in Stoke-on-Trent……………………
