Lotus have built an eco friendly version of it’s Elise…

Lotus will unveil an environmentally-friendly version of its sporty roadster called Eco Elise at the British Motor Show that opens its doors on July 22. Unlike most eco-friendly propositions of our time, the Eco Elise study doesn’t revolve solely around tailpipe CO2 emissions. Instead, the Brits tried a holistic approach to ecology by using sustainable materials, cleaner manufacturing processes, renewable energy generation and of course, by reducing the car’s weight.

for i minit i thought it ran on hemp lol … though they were gonna say .. this sustainable fule that is diferant from other cars is hemp ..or summing like that any way … i had images of stoners all gathered round the exaust pipe like it was some kind of giant bong :crazy::you_crazy

ahhahahahahah

u can run diesel cars on grapeseed oil! though hemp would be the one, infact ketamine would be epic!!
the car would clearly drive all wonky aswell ahahahaha

fair play for reducing the weight of the car and changing some of the manufacturing process, but its still gonna cain the petrol as its a sports car and i dont think they’ve altered the engine, i know its got small solar panels for the electrics in the car and its more eco friendly than most cars, but not that much could have made it a hybrid on electric or LPG or something… looks good tho!

nah i mean grapeseed, its against the law though its really expensive in england. think u can get it really cheap in ireland, but people do get arrested for it.

you can run a diesel engine on used vegetable oil or something i think, your supposed to contact the gov tho so you can pay tax on it or something…
