not sure if we’ve already had a thread on this but…
just general discussion… is it art? is it politics? is it mess? is it just for urban areas? whats your favourite piece of graffiti you’ve ever seen?
i was sat outside my favourite burger shop, rio’s, and someones written large on a wall opposite their poem, made me stop and stare for a long while… whilst eating an amazing burger i may add…
this is my money,

this is my brain.also i stayed in a town outside barcelona a few years back and from my hostel window you could see this amazing graffiti painting of albert einstein, i really loved that

I love this kinda graffiti looks like u could just fall into it
to answer ur question its all of those things u said, but its just how u look at it, its basically art, as art can be political a mess just fun, or anything its the opinion of the onlooker

i met this guy once, he was an oxbridge graduate and lived in a big house in London bought by his parents, he used to go round tagging various public areas as he said it was him reclaiming the land that is rightfully ours back from a oppresive government or something… i personally thought he was just a bit of a gimp
