Got my results back today and I’m in 😉 bring on September!!

oh, and I don’t suppose anyone has any good remedies for a sore throat?i’ve been having trouble swallowing since i got back from GASHfest :yakk:

Aw congratz mate!! Which Uni will you be going to?

And is it like, do you JUST have trouble swallowing? Or is it realllly painfull and you have a fever/headache/stomachache or whatever aswel? If so, you may have Strep throat and need to go to the doctors for anti-biotics.
Also, loads of people I know have been getting tonsillitus recently… =/

n swallowing is really painful and iv had/got a bit of a headache.iv had tonsilities before but didnt think popping a few would bring it back on :/

How long ago did you have tonsillitus? I dunno really thuogh.
Do you have a fever or keep getting really hot then really cold?

Well done! Uni is such a great opportunity to meet loads of people, try allot of new things, and learn allot of amazing stuff if you do a good course. What are you going to study?

Hope you get better soon, I always put loads of honey and a bit of lemon in some hot water, think you can crush a paracetmomal in there too. Me Dad always try’s to put wisky in, but it makes it taste like shit…so not reccommended!

studying software engineering :you_crazy iv heard it can be pretty boring, but tbh I like working with computers and would prefer a more hands on course as opposed to something like english where theres a lot of heavy writing involved.im just going for the parties though tbh, I’l do the work to pass my course but I just want to go for the freedom etc :weee:

n aye went to the docs yesterday and got told I have tonsilitis :yakk: so got my penicilin n stuff, still went to work last night though but phoned in sick today, cba with that again lol.
