Good news…

Anyway now’s probably as good a time as any to let you all in on my big news in that my girlfriend and I are 2 months pregnant! Although it wasn’t planned and we hadn’t been thinking about it, it feels right and the timing’s good too…

So thanks for putting up with me pushing everyone a bit harder recently, we’ve accomplished a lot and we’re making excellent head way towards our long term goal of building a strong community resource based on our principles.

Also here’s hoping we recently hit critical mass and the site’s gathered it’s own momentum so we can all relax a bit from the effort we’ve put into keeping it ticking over and enjoy the ride…

I think a few other PV people are recent parents as well or parents-to-be…

and we’ve definitely seen a large influx of genuine new users recently – a mixture of old time ravers and new idealists..

well played you big daddy to be. my best freind has a 8 month old and he is probably the best little man in the world. altho theyre a mission, kids seem to be easily be reward enough for the stress. i would love to have a kid at some point, but right now i cant even look after myself, so not quite yet. hearty congrats mate, i’ll be raising a glass to you and yours tonight!

as for pv, it is going pretty fucking well, innit! slaps on the back all round….and especialy big up to hugh for providing all the groundwork and tech stuff that makes it all possible. long live partyvibe massive!

I agree with everyone else too. It seems that it’s picked up just lately and things are getting busy. I’m coming on everyday and having a fair bit to read through. Love it!

Thanks everyone! It takes a bit of getting used to getting older (or growing up) and having to be responsible but it’s alright… 🙂

I hope we can, it was a bit of a shock at first but the idea grows on you. Also although it has nothing to do with our decision, I was swayed a bit by the fact the baby’s due the exact day before my father died 2 years ago…
