If you are linking a Youtube video then use [YT] tags. Either by typing them in or press the YouTube button in the message toolbar (if you are set to advanced messaging in your account) and it will put them in for you.
The piece of code you need from Youtube is the jumble of letters and numbers after the V or V=
It is essentialy the reference of the video. You can leave everything out after an ampersand (&). You just want the stuff after the V (which I guess means video) and if there is an &hl=en&fs=1 after the main code then leave that out too.
So for example, to post the video in that you just tried to you would do the following
(YT)4ULVQOneeZE(/YT) but replace the () brackets with [] brackets.
