Right I have decided to make some changes in my life and one of them is to get my driving license, got lessons booked and i am looking about to get a car now to practice in and then use as my first car.
Any suggestions of what makes a good first car? I have been eyeing up a Mazda 323 1.6i and a Peugot 306 1.4xs, i refuse to have a 1ltr or a 1.1 as i have ha da go at driving these engine sizes and they just dont seem to have enough ooomph 😉
As its going to be my first car i want to spend about a grand may a grand and a half.
Suggestions welcome!
November 2, 2007 at 10:47 am #1124103I can recommend the peugout 306 – I had one up until recently and they are very reliable [diesel one is what I had] and drive well. Having never been a fan of anything that size I would get another one like a shot as I loved driving it and ended up selling it to a friend so as to know it would be appreciated

Thing i hate when i am looking about is some of the cars i like have been owned by chavs so they make there car look like they have coated it in super glue and ram raided Halfords.
