She especially liked the portral of Sudam Hasain.
On the surface south park is offensive and silly but after you watch quite a bit of it you realize that they just hold a mirror up to society with the voice of reason (usually kyle and stan) I think there is an element of benevolence to that.
The fact that there’s an underlying moral element to it is a very clever move and when you hear the words ‘but, you know, I’ve learned something today’, what follows is always a really insightful summarisation and hits the nail on the head every time. Cool that your Nan liked it too in the end, once u get into it, it’s brilliant!
