seems like it, as its well quiet today…
everybody still recovering then? (for some daft reason I got up well early today….)
as mentioned in my recent post I ended up at the Silver Star last night, but what did all the rest of you get up to?

Some great tunes played and then went to a house party after and got more muntered, lots of people on k stumbling about… then the guy whos house it was turned decks off cos decided time for sleep so went to a mates to DJ more techno. gonna eat plenty of 5-HTP this week…Out tonight to a night called Dirty Cheese, my mates DJ loads of good tunes at the local pub.:weee:

went to sum1’s house .. was her bday .. was a shit loads of ppl, balloons and drugs there .. i felt like shit so went n slept in car :p

March 11, 2007 at 4:21 pm #1100970Did soundsystem for a DnB night. Had a really good time actually (it’s usally just stressfull). Apart from some dj snapped off his headphone jack in my mixer. Lucky for the promoters I have two headphone outputs on my mixer.
I was still pretty pissed off though because trying to pull it out with tweezers was a nightmare this morning. I eventuall dismantled my mixer and found out it was even cooler than I already had done. All the components inside are hot swappable and not hard soldered in so it was a doddle to remove the socket and get the broken jack out.
So yeah. All in all I’m pretty pleased with the weekend. (even the Mc’s were behaving)

and omg i did not realise how much mud there was till it got light .. i rememebr seeing quite a few casualties that had slipped over in it, they where litterally turnt brown :p
i thought the mud was quite fun on k tho .. u jus had no chance, haha.

i’m lucky i suppose because my boyfriend lives in london and so do a few of my friends. i don’t live there myself tho

lovely relaxing sunday and on a course this week which is exciling, in town so opportunity to catch up with friends over a beer or two :love:
