They haven’t had much luck lately. The MHRA have been seriously on their back recently as they are one of the biggest head shops. They scared them into stopping stocking salvia and I’m sure they’ve been on it with other stuff as well.

Medicines and Healthcare Regulatory Agency. EDITs problem was that all the legal highs etc are to be sold as not for human consumption etc otherwise they are illegal, as they become classed as unlicensed medicines, but they had a forum attached full of people talking of their experiences etc.

Its difficult to claim they are “not for sale to anyone intending to use the substances for illicit purposes” when you then have 3,000 people givin it large about the plants they grew with seeds from there and the best way to take all the drugs.

Anyway a month or so ago we got a letter saying that the MHRA had contacted them asking them to remove salvia from their site as it was illegal to be sold for human consumption and I’m assuming this host problem will be their doing as well.

Its a stupid set of laws really. You can sell someone something but its illegal to tell them how to safely take it.:you_crazy

TBH, its well deserved imo.They’ve been really fucking people about with their shipping recently.

I went to place an order mid december & their minimum shipping had suddenly gone up to £10. This is for 100g or something silly.

I’m sure it used to be under a fiver for next day.

Either way thers better headhshops out there imo.

These forums were only really set up by vendors etc to try and virally market mephedrone etc when it was legal and are now irrelevant when there are sites like this and bluelight which give much more impartial advice about drugs, and even here drugs are just a small aspect of a wider community forum.

wasnt EDIT Everyonedoesit.com which was a head shop that sold/sells weed equipment mainly (not a legal high/drone vendor really). Sure I remember this from when I was younger but might be wrong.

Used to have an active forum but as their items were sold as not intended for illegal drug use it rather contradicted itself given what people were discussing.
