We sat in the back garden with beer and binoculars to watch, absolutley clear sky so good to see, rather cold! Unfortunatley my camera not good enough to take any photos so took silly ones of us instead!
looked good – I was too knackered to venture outside and set up a tripod – TBH I reckon my camera won’t zoom that far and there is too much light pollution here (lots of street lamps etc) anyway…
moon looked amazing, bf attempted to take photos with just digital camera but turned out just a very small red dot on a black background. :hopeless:The pic on Angels post looks good.
Would have liked to have seen it without the light pollution…had to stand under the gutter on the roof to try to block out the orange glare of a street light
Too cloudy here in France too. Nice and warm though.
There was one small gap in the clouds though and I saw a wickid shooting star. That’s just about as good as an eclips for me so I’m happy. And I got to make a wish!
we were night fishing when we saw it,,,it was really beautiful and quite trippy :weee: did try to take a picture but just came up as a red dot on my camera screen :hopeless:
I was at a party in the middle of nowhere so saw it perfectly. It was amazing! I was stareing at it for so long tho I kept thinking it was moving! (next time make sure I’m straight laced I think!) Lol.
Cant believe how dark it got! Ace, ace, ace!!:bounce_fl
