If u dont have them get Starkey’s albums.. pisses over all the formulaic dubstep.

Chubstep is better.

…what the fuck is chubstep, I hear you say? A bunch of overweight people nodding their head from side to side really quickly, their cheeks oscillating rapidly, emulating the dubstep wobble bassline when they combine this with sounds omitted from their mouths. 😀

The only dubsteppy stuff I don’t mind is Bassnectar and Nagual Sound Experiment… Bird of Prey is meant to make some wicked psy dubstep as well, though not checked him out yet. 🙂

They have some dubsteppy moments, for sure…

So much more clarity and depth than dubstep in general, though.

I dunno, dubstep’s just too simplistic… I’m really picky when it comes to electronic music especially – only really like stuff that blows my mind away production-wise, or chilled stuff with a really nice melody. Probably why I love psytrance and IDM loads. 🙂

yeah i see where both of you are coming from.
most dubstep is pretty simple, but the bass just makes you move, or me at least haa.

although the genre is getting overrun with so called dubstep which is just a load of screeches, completely lacking in bass. ah well hating aint gunna get us anywhere!

i like most types of dance music, depends on moods and what not, gotta have a bit of variation in your life!
