when I lived in Reading and was more involved in the scene in Reading and Oxford I already knew a lot of the users from here (although many aren’t as involved in raves any more)

More recently since moving to East Anglia I have met a number of people in the Suffolk and Norfolk areas through this board, although this area is so much larger than Reading or London so its hard sometimes meeting up with people as we all live 50 or so miles apart and not all of us have transport!

I still haven’t met Biotech or Titch and we all live in the same county now….

Also I keep seeing people from my old raving days crop up on here..

I think the fact that this is a friendly community makes it easier for people to trust one another on here and meet up…

a few of my mates have signed up to the forum but never really come on here. had a pm off user “GRV2006” turns out she lives in cwmbran aswell. Never met her but pretty mad that some 1 else in my area is on the board esp when i havnt told them about the PVC.

I suspect I’ve actually been to lots of parties where other PV users were present but haven’t met them yet..

I’m fairly quiet in real life though and am initially a bit wary of approaching new people in new areas (I’d rather think before speaking as well) but usually end up meeting lots of people once I’ve settled in…

I actually saw a girl who looked like K_trina at that party as well but wasn’t sure so didn’t want to freak her out by going up to her in a completely mashed state and asking if she was someone off the Internet.. (could have been someone totally different….)

Ahh you must be a local to me then aswell 🙂 I know Big Andy is in my area but ive never met him. BluntBeats crew are also good mates of mine. I go snowboarding with Erbalist + BluntDoug.

I only really met in real person TribalEditor (obviously) and BenBear (whos in thailand at the mo but still frequents the site every now and again).

When we organise the next Level 1 party i might be able to add a few more to the list.

not as of yet but will have met audiocraft and miss bassets within say three weeks-should be cool!
audiocraft is a geez from what i can make out and bassets is a fuckin’ grade A1 star and i can wait to meet her in the flesh!!!:bounce_g::bounce_flraaa:bounce_fl :bounce_g:

i don’t know if i’ve met anyone from here ?

I’m only really Mongo on the internet,

i know i’ve met a dozen of peeps off SJ but i mainly just go out to rave, ain’t got time to chat, not when there’s dancing to be had 😛

but saying that, i am nice and friendly and away smile and say hello to people i met, just never say hi im mongo from the internet, i say hi i’m TKR :bigsmile:
