Features
Supports up to 1000 stations
Add your own stations – You can add your own stations to the config file. Instructions on how to do this are on the Help menu of the Tuner itself
Recording – MP3 based streams can be recorded straight to disk in MP3 format. Window Media based stations can be recorded to WAV files (make sure you have plenty of space on your hdd for these!)
Timer Recording – Simple Recording Timer – Now you don’t need to miss your favourite shows when your out clubbing etc. 🙂
Easy Alphabetical Access to Stations – Select the First letter of the station and then the dropdown will be filled with Stations beginning with that letter
10 Band Graphic Equalizer – For fine tuning your listening pleasure. You can also save your pref to disc for easy loading
Easy Station Links – Links to the Stations Homepage, Chatroom (or Forums if no chat) and Schedule (if available)
The above Tuner had been specially designed by DJ Pete
It is unique and is available for you to download, just click on the picture/tuner There is a HELP BUTTON that comes with it, this will explain how you can use it and also adjust or add other stations that you may want on it.
You can also record at any time, allowing you to instantly record anything you hear! It records to MP3 files for MP3 based streams, wavs for Windows Media ones.
There is also an UPDATE button, can we suggest you click this now and again as new stations will be added to it on a regular basis
If your station is already on this tuner, pls make sure you let DJ Pete know if there are any changes in your circumstances, or if you wish to be removed!
If you are a NEW STATION and wish to be added to this tuner then pls provide the following info to DJ Pete
1) Station Name
2) Stream URL
3) Website URL
4) Chatroom Link (if Applicable)
5) Schedule Link (if Available)
Feedback is apreciated, good or bad. We hope that this brings many more listeners to your site/show!
Enjoy!!!

March 14, 2007 at 10:11 pm #1101051Cheers Raj, I often tune into Partyvibe so it was one of the first to go on the tuner 😀
P.S. That email address for me Vera posted earlier isn’t active (only for my msn messenger). Best PM me on here if anyone wants to get in touch re: the tuner or anything else.
March 17, 2007 at 9:28 pm #1101052Version 2 of my Tuner is now out 🙂
Whats New?
=========Ability to set where recordings are stored on the config screen.
Now supports pls, m3u and asx playlist files.
Automatically detects whether a new tuner release is out and lets you know where to download it.
Changed the Windows Media bitrate detection from Bitrate to CurrentBitrate for more accuracy.
Fixed chat link bug (for those who didn’t download the update i did)
Replaced sliders on the EQ with flashier ones.
More stations now added by default.
Various other little bits and bobs.
IMPORTANT
=========The way of adding custom presets has now changed. Instead of copying the contents of your DSIconfig.ini file to DSIcustom.ini – now you just add ONLY your custom channels to the DSIcustom.ini file.
The tuner now reads both files. So if your channels are duplicated in both files they will appear twice 🙂
Because of the addition of playlist support in the config files station updates for v1 of the tuner will now stop and all updates will now be made for v2 (this version only from now on)
