Devoted Records 2011 Various Artists Sampler feat. Evoy, Charles K and Luke Rollins

*Liverpool based house label Devoted has been steadily releasing tasty deep vibes with the emphasis on quality, and here they unleash a sampler of tracks from producers from their home town. Kicking off Devoted’s three track sampler for 2011 is a track from Liverpool artist Mark McEvoy aka Evoy, ‘Directive 10’ – an epic deep house number featuring elegiac keys and firmly anchored beats. Charles K’s ‘Goodbye Robot’, as featured on Hernan Cattaneo’s radio show is a genius blend of subliminal chords,wonky sound effects and an irresistable groove. Rounding off the package is Luke Rollins and ‘Gafas Oscuras’, a punchy tribal affair with catchy hypnotic chants and breakdowns.
