Damn Jean Sizes!!!!

I can never get jeans that fit properly, they are either too long or too short. I wear 32 waist and used to be 32 leg but lately that’s too short on the leg. I buy 34 leg and they’re too long.

Does anyone else find this or is it just me???

(also yes I am slightly drunk, hence the pointless post) raaaraaaraaaraaa

I find clothes sizes confusing – half the time I’ll see something I like, try it on and it’ll fit…then turns out it’s girl’s clothes…like bras and stuff!

i bought some 32 jeans 2 days ago, fit just about fine but would like them to be a tiny bit longer.

don’t you do what ‘the kids’ do these days and wear them half way down your arse with skid-mark pants sticking out the top?

buying jeans is a total nightmare, either to big or too skinny too short or too long and never the right size. i hate shopping, ive only got one pair of jeans and when they wear out in about a year i will be forced to buy another. :-/

It is isn’t it. I recently spent 90 quid on two pairs of jeans. one pair is okay but the other pair is quite skinny but it’s too long at the bottom. I did have a really nice pair but even they are the same size as the other ones but they fit perfectly. It’s just so confusing sometimes!! :crazy_diz

I bought some cords recently and like them alot – never thought I’d go for cords but I think I’m converted!

lol there is always a advert for cords in BEER magazine for all the real ale drinkers… (to be fair they actually have a good selection of sizes, if biased towards bigger/wider end of things) :laugh_at:

I wish I was a bit bigger, I got a skinny frame tbh. even at 32 waist i still have to wear a belt. Might learn how to use a sewing machine and turn these jeans up a bit!

i get that 🙁 it’s a mission findings jeans that fit me cos they’re either good around the waist and too short, or they fit good around the waist but are too baggy around my thighs and i prefer tight jeans. levi is really good though cos they do such a range of lengths/waists/blahblah.. it’s just the regular high street shops who just make clothes for the most “common sized” person.

I always find they fit me in the shop, one or two washes and then there too lose. Sucks.

i find that with vest tops and stuff.. they fit really nice until i’ve worn them once or twice :/ and then they get all baggy.
