most of my current favourites are in Dutch or plat (rural dialects), as I can have a laugh and improve my languages at the same time, I could post them but not so many folk might understand them….

Just because I don’t understand the lyrical content doesn’t mean I can’t enjoy the music….

Eddy Gerritts (probably best described as a Dutch equivalent of MC G-Tek) singing like a drunk radio pirate from Groningen mocking the Dutch Communications Ministry and Bé Muller (this was in 2004 when RCD (now Agentschap Telecom)) went to bust loads of radio pirates with Operation Etherflits, and Mr Muller was busy closing them down rather than playing banjo)
