there will be 10 poeple eating…..3 of them veggie!! I have two average sized gas ovens and two microwaves available….I asked one of the vegitarians to hekp cook now so im sure it will be ok on that front….no vegans which is lucky……
i think we will all have a great day…..im actually looking forward to christmas for once!!

October 16, 2007 at 11:31 am #1122575right for the carnivores, dont over cook the meat, and dont listen to delia smith, cos she always makes the meat cry, do it on a really low temp, like about 100- 120 and cover it with silver foil, and cook it for about 5 hours, this will make the meat succulent, u need to put wine, and a couple more ingrediants in the bottom, so it almost oven steams it, this will trap the moisture, my bros gf came over last christmas, my mum did nut roast it was really good with gravy, maybe get someoe else to do the veggie side
