Cheese rocks.

I just restocked my cheese board….

Got some Reblechon, Cabrales, Port Salut, Gorgonzolla, and soem goats cheese I can’t remember the name of.

Outside the cheeseboard I’ve got a tonne of local farmhouse red leicester and a red cheddar, as well as a nice mini wheel of parmesan.

Forgot the crackers though 😥

Try the Reblochon. Very similar taste to brie but far nicer texture.

Brie is only really good grilled IMO (don’t veen say deep fry it, its a thing best left in the 80’s) whereas Reblochon can be eaten quite happily with crackers or on a sandwich.

thanks for the tip i shall put that on my shopping list there is a really nice goats cheese i think its goats that i like grilled it is a lil squeky called aluminati i think thats how its spelt
