Here’s the mental rave version (Lagoa Extreme Mix?) of DJPC – “Inssomniak” (1991):

There’s another version, think it’s the same tune, that goes “Inssomniak – i’ll be back”
Anyway, has anyone noticed how the technobass scratch at the very start of the song is EXACTLY like the vinyl scratching on Herbie Hancock’s “Rockitt” (from the very early 80s)? Except they used a different sound on Inssomniak. So how did they get the riff just right, but use a different instrument? Careful hands on the pitchbend wheel l suppose.
