BBC NEWS | Europe | Pope breaks wrist after falling
it appears the omnipotent forces of religion and faith haven’t saved mr tall hat from falling over and breaking his wrist, infact it appears he is rather frail 😛
tbh its a bit over the top with this fracture reduction surgery and get this
“In a statement, it said the pontiff celebrated Mass and ate breakfast before going to hospital.”
big fucking whoop! when i fractured my wrist and arm i carried on playing football, fell on the arm AGAIN, and then continued a full day of school including lunch, and 8 pages of french writing :O!
oh well he is mr pope
bottom line – i dont like the way that in words he is all ahh help the poor and im as equal as u are and i love you all, and then he falls over and now hes recieving special treatment and surgery and anaesthetic over a fuckin arm injury, i want free drugs! well i dont ,drugs are bad!
*rant rant rant*

July 17, 2009 at 12:54 pm #1203753AnonymousI pope he’ll be okay
… see what I done there, clever me hey??
July 17, 2009 at 12:58 pm #1203751bear in mind Popes are usually about 70 when they start, if a old codger in Trimley keels over like that Eastamb will haul him in and give him the exact same treatment. actually this happens all the time round here which is what most of the ambulances you see in the suburban/rural areas are being deployed too…
I’m sure I remember reading somewhere Mr Ratzinger was initially hoping he hadn’t got the job as he just wanted to retire quietly and potter about the street talking to random stray cats and playing piano (not at the same time) like he used to do…

I was in the drugs storage room of a old folks home a few days ago (to restart some telecoms equipment also kept there which was not working, as some numpty had unplugged it!)
it is stacked solid with all manner of things what would have a substantial street value.
whats really ironic is a lot of them people end up in the can from dementia, which although it can affect anyone does also get worse with some people who are really stressed and angry that the world has become too permissive with regard to drugs etc and their (grown up) children behave in ways they disagree with..
then they get put in a home and fed loads of anti-depressants and tranquilisers..

Well considering most old people have the inability to wipe their own bottoms i think you are on to something there.
