UNortunately my tablet wont play the BBC documentary, but it is a unique British problem; these days we use a great big cable below the North Sea that allows us to make use of surplus electric from NL (the Dutch bail out the north sea with electric pumps or half the country goes to the sharks) so they usually have a bit left over )
