apparently alcatel-lucent (who normally make telecoms equipment) commissioned the first one

here’s some open source software and info about how it works. it is possible to do this on a smaller scale with one or two projectors..

depending on the lens angles and aspect ratio of the projected images possibly 5 or more…. other than the above link its not that easy to find out tech info about this as the people what do it jealously guard all the secrets (and its going to vary with each installation anyway..)

I thought you’d need loads more kit then realised that the bulk of the work is all done in software…
