1850 horns only really get good when you have 4 or more especially of your playing bassline heavy music.. have a search on speaker plans for horn coupling for more info. Also make sure you use the correct driver i.e the Precision Device 1850 although I have heard people have had good results with a void v18 c driver. again have a search on speaker plans.

Scoops are fine but they are HUGE and a lot less efficient than a group of horns.

Have I tried buckfast? I have a serious stomach problem from drinking it every day for months. Now I can’t drink it although I have the occasional tipple when I’m already shitfaced.

I ove bucky. Introduced it a group of French people last year who actually liked it as well as being amazed at english making wine.

One thing I miss about the SW is cider. I’m back in the thames valley where strongbow is popular 🙁 I miss being able to pop into any corner shop and get a choice of decent cheap ciders.

Radio 4 and the World Service get a Hi5 from me. Shipping Forecast rules. I generally alternate between R4 and UKs Finest 87.5 my local pirate.

I really should get myself one of those pure dab’s sometime soon. Lot of good channels kicking around.

nice one 😀 If im back in the UK in time for it then I will deffinitly be going again. I was working on the Kamakaze rave tent last year.

Don’t worry about the lack of programme or anything on the shambala website. That has always put me off before. Saw plenty of top acts and theres lots of rave action to be had at night. I actually prefered it to Glade mainly due to a bigger variety of things to see/do and the some of the world music bands that blew me away.

The evening is having it. Huge party action. I came straight off a euro teknival tour to it. I expected it be a huge hippy family chillout type affair. I was wrong. Well there was a lot of hippies 😉

The families mainly kept their kids in the huge kids field. The evening and night it was massive party. lots of rave and band music everywhere. loads of crazy acts everywhere and a fantastic vibe. Wikked site as well.

Shambala is excellent. Highly recommended I went last year. Huge variety of Bands, Rave acts. rollerdiscos, reggae and everything really. It’s very family during the day and full on during the evening night. Go expecting to be surprised. Sunday is fancy dress day.

Also worth checking out is Boomtown Fair. Rave and Ska.

Endorset festival in Dorset. I haven’t been but I I have heard good things.

Thats part of the Arcadia setup.Them with the trees and lamposts that spout fire and the DJ booth 20ft in the air. Top bunch of people. They got there own arena at Glasto last year. The monster doesnt sound good but when I last saw it it was accompanied by an Ohm TRS rig to address that problem.
