are you using “normal” cartridges (i.e ones what have a fiddly little set of connections at the back) or ortfofon concord types (where its all in one unit?)
if you’re lucky this is just a loose connection at the headshell (try taking if off and putting it back on, or using a known good headshell).
if you are unlucky the wiring inside the tonearm is bad. This is repairable, but a fiddly job.
Their Citronic MK2’s (Not the best in the world but its all I could afford)
Yeh I am usin the fiddly little cartriges.
Never thought of tryin a different headshell. I’ll try it now n let you know if it worked. Its great havin general lighting around:love:

can you not also sing them as well?? Think it works……yeh its 2580
you play em the tune and then they hang up and text you with the name of the tune.
pixiegirl;232305 wrote:There is a similar service where you call a number and play some music down the phone then hang up then they text you what the music is and who it is by. We’ve tested that with some right rare dance music and it’s never failed us (although sometimes it takes a while to get back to us) pretty impressive.Yeh I’ve used that before for some tunes I didn’t think it would know and it seems to know em all. Imagine bein the person who had access to the big database of tunes theyv got:love:

Researchers are recruited from English-speaking locations around the world to provide 24-hour coverage.[3] By using home based researchers, AQA takes advantage of relatively untapped portions of the workforce, such as students and stay at home parents. Researchers operate as piece workers paid 30p[4] per answer, and set their own work schedule. All researchers must pass an initial acceptance test and are subject to continual reviews to ensure quality of service. A small central company staff maintains service quality.Well there we go then, question answered haha. Cheers
