Ooh, some more psy kicks… “Don’t mind if I do” ๐Ÿ˜€

Agreed with Iacchus, the kick needs to be a bit punchier for this style IMO. Like someone on the Ravetalk forum said, it should sound like an old granny knocking on a cupboard door, hahaha. Having said that, I’d probably be well up for using a kick like yours in a forest psy track… ๐Ÿ™‚ Would go well with the forest psy-style basses. One of the most helpful bits of advice I was ever given was to get the kick and bass sounding as similar as possible. It’s just a case of shaping the bass to fit well with the chosen kick sample, or vice-versa even. Can be difficult, and making a good psy bass is a fucking bitch, but once that’s done the rest of the track will flow a lot better/easier. ๐Ÿ™‚

Good start though, dude. ๐Ÿ˜€ I’d also suggest brightening up the hats as well, as they sound like they’re missing a lot of high-end frequencies… good luck!
