I could work out most of it but I wasn’t sure what “ain pronjkjewail” actually was (it is a gemstone (jewel) of particularly good bling quality), and misheard/translated it as “ain pruikenval”. muizenvallen en rattenvallen are traps for mice and rats, and in Twente “Firma Kat and Muis” put some mousetraps on the wooden box the transmitter was in, so therefore “een pruikenval” would be a trap for wigs put in the pirate sender (perhaps it uses a big ventilator fan to blow the wig off the head of anyone from Agentschap..)
