(This is the presentation style of most Dutch pirates, the tune is the known as either the “27 Mc/s (CB frequency) or “black cat” polka and is a popular signature tune of unlicensed broadcasters..ironically the real Vatican Radio has turned off most of its European TXs as it can’t afford the leccy bill.
