from what I remember her saying Korno sometimes gets locked out of here (as well as FB and other similarly prominent sites (PVR is a lot more high profile than many realise)) for bizzare and unexplained reasons – most likely someone else in her house accidentally activating a “kid safe” filter on their ISP connection, although ISPs routing can be equally flaky and do this leading to all manner of tinfoil hat theories when its often due to technical faults, misconfigurations or commercial disagreements regarding the transit of data hungry sites.
