the cat meows also get played out on NSR – I’ve got about 20 different ones, some Dutch chap had carefully archived them on his website for download. (what was particularly random was the rest of the site was about some IT and electronics stuff).

this might have been our first 320k livestream (I’d had the PC and router on monitoring since yesterday evening to check the connection was good, and set QOS on my router so the streaming PC has priority (not all routers can do this).

hope it sounded OK as the plug on my better pair of cans developed a loose connection and I haven’t got round to resoldering it (they have those nasty tinsel cable) and my backup pair makes me turn up the mic level slightly higher as I think I’m sounding “in the back of the box” when I’m louder than that,

managed to record the stream as well – might have to trim the first bit of the recording to fit within my soundcloud allocation though
