last acid monkey I went to was pretty shitty tbh, not much decor, music was ok, barstaff on the rob … normal psytrance prices.

Nah the RUF it the revolutionary united front. In the begining they were kinda good guys overthrowing some dude I can’t remember the good guys but they have done some pretty nasty stuff to people too and now they are just another african army who do nasty things

can anyone explain why London promoters all hold events on the same weekends, competing for the same crowds? if they had the psytrance event 2 or 3 weeks away from the acid techno event, especially the younger ravers who live near or in London would attend both, and then the promoters all have more successful events…

My guess is that they all want to be the Billy Big Bollocks who has the best night on the bank holiday weekend, but as you said, they’d be better off doing em on separate weekends – but no, they all wanna stomp their feet and throw their toys out of the pram til people go to their party when they decide to have it!
