all they do is churn out as many call of duty games that are basically the same just cos people will buy them. crazy stuff! i thought that black ops game looked shitter than the one before. not a fan of em myself but seriously they really don’t care about making much improvements.

COD is more about the online multiplayer side, and as they well know if you dont buy the latest one you will not have anyone to play with rendering the game useless, gravy train definately, great online game oh yes…

Battlefield 3 is the way, loads of major improvements to the FPS engine. Quite realistic i.e. you shoot RPG at a wall or building, it blows a hole and stays that way..so it makes online tricks such as ”camping” alot harder, you got to be on the move & strategic about it.

i play gta online haha, such a quality game IMO.

really should get quake 3 back on my pc.

Ive just bought homefront, because I heard the online play was pretty good. Has anyone else played it, any opinions?

Yeah i bought it few months back, campaign was pretty fun, though i did find with the xbox version there were loads of annoying glitches throughout. but the epic battles sort of outweighed that. recently though i’ve been playing gears 3.

Ive only just started the single player on Gears and its fucking sick.Cant wait to play multi player.

Battlefield over CoD. The thing is with the new CoDs, they don’t really seem to bring much new to the game. I mean sure, new maps is good, slightly different kill streaks and a few other different things are added but in the end, its just an updated game where as BF3 has bought in new tech and alot of great features. They are getting lazy with the CoD series nd it’s getting a bit boring in my eyes.

Gears series just keeps getting better though. I’m thoroughly enjoying Gears 3.

Quake 3 Arena… Legendary.

yes i know how it works, they purposely make games shitter so they can make sequels. they do it with all technology so they slowly bring out better stuff even though they could bring out some stuff now which we’ll be able to get in 10-20 years….

i just find churn of duty a ridiculous example of this as they never stop making more games which don’t seem to be any different and there’s so many COD ass lickers.

Played this all day yesterday. The single player is pretty good. All the single player CODS seen pretty hard, but on the harder settings this one is very hard. The online play is pretty standard MW gameplay, the graphics in multi player are pretty much the same as MW2, which I thought was a bit naff.
