In the local paper yesterday there was a story about a guy exposing himself from a flyover in nothing but a pair of socks. Made me chuckle that did, hope I don’t know him!

Surely he could be easily recognised … he was hiding nothing but his toes and we don’t generally ID folk on the basis of their feet :laugh_at:

I remember reading about a chap in Swansea who a few years ago rampaged through the streets busting in no less than 18 shop windows (basically causing as much damage as 10 London rioters), whilst wearing only his underpants – traditional style briefs too rather than boxers.

this was at night time in the middle of February, with temperatures in that area of Wales barely above zero..
