Very vague on the reason for arresting that man , the police do target ring leaders to lessen the situation . I can see how by singing and having a little jig how this man could be dangerous to the general public , and dangerous articles must have been his lack of words to his song . I see how this is a terrible crime !!!!! , tis why i am banned from singing in public !!!!!! . However this over the top law does have a good side …….this mean jls and other such shit bands get arrested to ? …..we can only hope ……wheres a copper when you need one ?
All seriousness though from that video it does seem the police can just arrest you for doing nothing !!!!!
