Could people very kindly list or name some of their favs? trying to sort out my music properly and really need some advice. I this site has lots but no way of working out if they are good or not.

thanks mate, looking for a wide variation.

If anyone can think of a better way of finding mixs please let me know. I just need some that will give me a vague idea of how good it is before I download it. Hence why I am asking for advice.

No worries bro!

These aren’t based on the mixing themselves (I don’t DJ, so I’m not that up on what’s a good mix and what isn;t), more the tunes that are in them. One thing I find about the Party Vibe psy mixes is that they tend to show the fluffy/commercial aspect of the genre, so here are some mixes with a more ‘underground’ feel to them:

DeeperBreed – Something Lurking in the Undergrowth on SoundCloud – Create, record and share your sounds for free (a mixture of psytrance, mostly based around the night-time sound)

DJ Jibba – Jibbabyte on SoundCloud – Create, record and share your sounds for free (dark forest psytrance)

Psytrance New deep foresty night time mix by Elden (dark forest psytrance)

Sprocket/DJ Psy-Clone – Magnetic (Wonky Prog Mix) on SoundCloud – Create, record and share your sounds for free (squelchy progressive psy, otherwise known as psygressive)

lorraine(psilocybe tribe) – Lorraine(Psilocybe tribe.Sunrise)September2010 ‘avin’ it Psy mix mp3 on SoundCloud – Create, record and share your sounds for free (a mixture of nighttime full-on and a little dark/forest)

by the way do you want single tracks? i have a harddrive full of songs in genre folders, took me ages to sort it out but soooo good i did.

I could put it on a portable harddrive for you if you had one.
